Permanent Part-time Position
 
Saanich Commonwealth Place is recruiting for a permanent part-time Team Leader - Aquatics to provide direction and support to aquatic staff and lead in the event of any emergency situations.  The Team Leader will ensure that on-duty staff are working effectively, that the program is operating safely, and the facility is properly prepared for the enjoyment and satisfaction of all patrons.  This position also assists in the provision of instructional programs and communicates with customers to provide a quality experience.  
 
Requirements include completion of Grade 12; current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation certification – Level C; current Standard First Aid and Occupational First Aid Level 1 as required; and a satisfactory police information check. The successful candidates will work varying shifts including evenings, weekends and nights (hours/shifts are subject to change).
 
This is a C.U.P.E. Local 2011 position with a wage of $29.19 per hour plus an excellent benefits package.
